1. Description of Service

QuikTech Developer Tools ("QuikTech", "the Service") is a free, browser-based collection of developer utilities hosted at quiktech.app. All computations run locally in your browser. QuikTech does not receive, store, or process any data you enter into the tools.

2. Disclaimer — "As Is" & "As Available"

The Service is provided "As Is" and "As Available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuikTech expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Any warranty that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce accurate results in all cases
• Any warranty regarding the suitability of tool output for use in production systems, critical infrastructure, or security-sensitive applications

You are solely responsible for validating any output before relying on it. Treat results from these tools as a starting point for your own verification — not as a definitive or authoritative source.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuikTech and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in tool output
• Security incidents arising from reliance on unverified tool results
• Any third-party conduct or content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:

• Verifying that tool output is correct and appropriate for your specific use case
• Not relying on hash, JWT, or cryptographic outputs without independent verification in security-critical contexts
• Ensuring that any cron expressions or data transformations produced by the tools behave as expected in your environment
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Third-Party Services

The Service loads resources from third-party providers (Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN, Google Analytics). QuikTech is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these services. Their use is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The site design, code, and content are the property of QuikTech. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission. The underlying open-source libraries (js-yaml, Google Fonts) remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
